This Programming focuses on Strength, Gymnastics, Olympic lifting, Odd objects, good old fashion grit and hard work. No cardio bunny stuff here. Four Levels. 1 - Elite: (High Level Competition. Heavier weights, more gymnastics. 2- RX: Crossfit Open Standards; weights, gymnastic movements. 3. Masters: Designed for ages 35+ with all the Open and Crossfit Standards. 4. Fitness Training: Scaleable for any level of all the above mentioned movements, but lighter weights lower reps and scaleable gymnastics. Be Humble, Stay Hungry and Always Hustle!
